THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO BRANDON UNIVERSITY FACULTY & STAFF
The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-informed program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and partners, designed to promote mental health and reduce stigma around mental illness in the workplace.
The five hour workshop has been broken up into two sections (2.5 hour blocks over two days). Participants must complete all five hours of the program to receive a certificate of completion.

This workshop is designed to:
- Increase your awareness of mental health using the Mental Health Continuum framework
- Reduce stigma and other barriers to care in the workplace
- Encourage mental health conversations
- Strengthen your resilience in order to maintain wellness
