THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO BU EMPLOYEES WITH MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and partners, designed to promote mental health and reduce stigma around mental illness in the workplace.
The 7 hour workshop has been broken up into two sections (3.5 hour blocks over two days). Participants must complete all seven hours of the program to receive a certificate of completion.

This workshop is designed to:
- Increase your awareness of mental health
- Reduce stigma and other barriers to care in the workplace
- Encourage mental health conversations
- Strengthen your resilience in order to maintain wellness
- Help you support yourself and others
