Accessibility: Pre-Employment Practices
The Accessibility for Manitobans Act requires us to think about how we can reduce barriers in all aspects of life, including employment. The Accessible Standard for Employment provides a framework for employers to do this and Human Resources is pleased to be offering sessions on our Pre-Employment Practices and Employment Practices over the coming months. In April, we will focus on Pre-Employment Practices, giving you insights into how to make your recruitment accessible.
