IshKaabatens Waasa Gaa Inaabateg Department of Visual art at Brandon University presents an artist talk by Dylan Miner.

Miner is an artist, activist and scholar. He is a Professor and Interim Dean in the Residential College in the Arts and Humanities at Michigan State University. Miner is also Director of American Indian and Indigenous Studies.

He holds a PhD in Art History from The University of New Mexico. As an artist, Miner has hung 29 solo exhibitions, as well as participated in more than 115 group shows. He has also published extensively and lectured widely, including publications for Duke University Press, Yale University Press, and Oxford University Press, among others.

Miner is a citizen of the Métis Nation of Ontario.
