BU Family & Friends Holiday Luncheon
Event Navigation
Please join us for our traditional BU Family & Friends Holiday Luncheon. Staff, faculty, students, retirees and all members of the BU community are welcome to join for a celebration of holiday spirit.
This year’s theme is Miracle on 18th Street. The luncheon takes place at Harvest Hall on Friday, Dec. 13, from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. Please bring a non-perishable food item for the BUSU food bank.
On the luncheon menu is carved roast turkey, white meat and dark, accompanied with tart cranberry sauce, perogies with sour cream and chives, traditional cabbage rolls, whipped potato with gravy, sweet baby carrots with dill butter, savoury homemade dressing, fresh tossed salad with assorted dressings, marinated vegetable salad and assorted desserts.
Tickets for the luncheon are just $16, as a portion has been subsidized by the President’s Office, and must be purchased by Thursday, Dec. 5. Tickets can be purchased at one of the locations below. Exact change is appreciated.
The luncheon includes a final “60/40” raffle and will once again be continuing the very popular “Season of Giving Basket Raffle” to support the Brandon-Westman Christmas Cheer Registry. Baskets are due Monday, Nov. 25.
