BU Literary Lounge

Calling all student creative writers! The newly formed Brandon University Literary Lounge invites students to attend its on-campus creative writing group.

The group’s first meeting takes place on Thursday, November 7, from 6:00-7:00 pm in Room 104 of Clark Hall. Pizza and refreshments will be served, courtesy of the Department of English, Drama, & Creative Writing.

The Literary Lounge is for student creative writers of all levels working in any genre of writing, whether poetry, fiction, non-fiction, drama, or any other form. Sessions will be held on a twice-monthly basis.

The hour-long session might involve sharing samples of your work within the group, or it might involve simply providing a block of time for students to work on their own writing in the same space with other writers.
