THIS INTERNAL WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO BRANDON UNIVERSITY EMPLOYEES.

This program gives learners the tools and skills necessary for understanding and processing change themselves, and to in turn be able to successfully lead others through change.

Using the Prosci Change Management Process, participants will have the opportunity to examine changes that are happening in their organization and the impact changes have on them and those they lead.  With this understanding, participants will learn to use the Prosci ADKAR® Model to assess change readiness, identify impacted groups, and take a holistic approach to navigating and leading current and future changes.
