Craving Change is coming to the Brandon University Healthy Living Centre this spring!
This 3-session course will help you understand food cravings and learn ways to control them.
In this course you will learn:
Session 1
- Influences on eating behaviours
- Types of hunger
- Activities to understand personal triggers for problematic eating
Session 2
- Practical strategies to stop and prevent problematic eating behaviours
Session 3
- How to approach setbacks
- Goal-setting
The FREE course takes place on Thursday, May 23, May 30 and June 6 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
