First-year student showcase

First-year Brandon University fine arts students will showcase their work with a show at the Glen P. Sutherland Gallery of Art. The show will run from Nov. 21 through to Dec. 5 during gallery opening hours, with an opening reception on Nov. 21 at 7 p.m.

The students are from Drawing 1, Introduction to Clay 1, Painting 1, and Visual Design classes in BU’s IsKaabatens Waasa Gaa Inaabateg Department of Visual Art.

Parking is available in front of the gallery entrance, on the north side of the building, facing the Healthy Living Centre. The gallery is open Thursdays 2–8 p.m., and Friday/Saturday from 2–6 p.m.
