Horticultural Therapy supports students to cope with stress using plants, plant-based materials, and plant-based activities to achieve specific therapeutic goals such as relieving stress and improving mood and attention.

Co-facilitated by Marsha Harris, Counselling Therapist, and Deborah Tacan, Cree Métis Grandmother.
