THIS IN-PERSON WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO BRANDON UNIVERSITY FACULTY & STAFF WITH LIMITED CAPACITY TO ENSURE THE HEALTH AND SAFETY OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE. DETAILS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE TO ENSURE ADHERENCE TO PUBLIC HEALTH GUIDELINES.
The KAIROS Blanket Exercise (KBE) is an experiential activity that aims to foster understanding of the shared history and nation to nation relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada. The exercise is followed up with the opportunity for reflection and sharing of thoughts in the form of a sharing circle, led by Cree Knowledge Keeper, Susie McPherson-Derendy.
