Learn about the preparation it takes to train for an Ironman Triathlon and the reasons why this team has come together to raise awareness of Missing & Murdered Indigenous People in Canada.

Grace Masse is a full-time Brandon University graduate student from Barren Lands First Nation, a northern Manitoba community. Grace is a single mother of six who also teaches the Cree language in local schools.

While balancing all of these responsibilities, Grace is training to complete an Ironman Triathlon. Her Coach, Doug Hahn, is involved to contribute to Canadians’ knowledge. Together, they are planning for Doug Hahn to complete 13 Ironman Triathlons (one in each province and territory).
