On Wednesday, June 16, from noon to 1 p.m., six research projects will be presented in short talks on topics related to mental health, including access to service in rural areas, psychological problems in young adults, and the use of art in therapy.

The presentations will follow the PechaKucha or 3MT formats. PechaKucha, which translates to chit chat in Japanese, involves a presentation of 20 slides for 20 seconds each. The 3MT, or three-minute thesis, format involves the use of just one slide for the entire presentation.

To register for the ZOOM session please email Chrisy Paddock at PaddockC@BrandonU.ca.

The event is being presented by the Faculty of Health Studies Research Development Steering Committee and BU’s Centre for Critical Studies of Rural Mental Health (CCSRMH).
