Event Navigation

Brandon University’s Performance Feedback & Development resources are a collection of tools that help to formalize performance planning discussions on an annual basis and provide the framework for a consistent process of ongoing dialogue and support across the University for non-faculty support, administrative and management staff.

In this 1.5 hour discussion, staff will learn more about the resources in detail, and the process for helping to support the performance and growth of employees through ongoing and specific feedback, setting objectives and professional development. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on the process and resources provided.

Facilitator: Erica Brown, Learning & Organizational Development Program Manager
