Hello BU Students, Faculty and Staff! Did you know that there are two community gardens at Brandon University that grow vegetables to fight food insecurity in our community? Our produce is donated to Samaritan House Ministries and the BUSU food bank! The gardens are also used as teaching classrooms for Mini University students.

If you feel like lending a hand and enjoying the beautiful sunshine, doing something great for your community, come out and help us plant our seedlings!

We are meeting at the entrance of the RDI building, at 6 p.m. on June 6. Please bring some gardening gloves if you happen to have them!
