This internal workshop is open to Brandon University employees.
If you are new(ish) to managing small or large scale projects or perhaps a first-time contributing member of a project team, this fundamentals workshop is for you. In this one-day workshop, participants will learn about:
- the lifecycle of a project,
- key terminology and concepts for leaders and contributors of projects in relation to planning, estimates and budgeting, communication with stakeholders, monitoring, and more.
