SAS Neurodiversity Peer Group

Join the SAS Neurodiversity Peer Group, a welcoming space for Brandon University students who identify as neurodiverse. Share strategies, build executive functioning skills, and connect with others who understand the neurodiverse experience.

Topics may include:

  • Motivation and time awareness
  • Time management and organization
  • Working memory
  • Procrastination and perfectionism

Discussions are grounded in lived experience, and topics evolve based on participants’ interests. Active group members also have access to our community Discord server.

Who can join

Any Brandon University student who self-identifies as neurodiverse. No diagnosis or registration with Student Accessibility Services (SAS) is required.

Registration

Registration is required. Students are welcome to join the group at any point during the semester and are not expected to attend every week.
