School of Music Reunion

The BU School of Music will be having a reunion on July 3 & 4, 2026. The event will be celebrating the 120th year of music being offered at BU (originally Brandon College). It has been 20 years since the last reunion, 50 years since the Class of 1976 graduated and 60 years since the first student graduated from the School of Music! Plans so far include:
Friday, July 3
- 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Registration | BU School of Music Kinsmen Hall
- Pick up your name tag at the registration desk.
- 7:00 pm – 10:00 pm | Wine & Cheese Reception | BU School of Music Kinsmen Hall
- Join old friends at a welcome reception. A cash bar will be available, and entertainment will be provided by a jazz trio.
Saturday, July 4
- 12:30 pm – 1:30 pm | Campus Tours (please check on registration form if you are interested in a tour)
- 2:00 pm | Alumni Concert | Lorne Watson Recital Hall
- 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm | Reception | Harvest Hall (Main Dining Hall)
- Mingle with friends before the banquet.
- 6:30 pm | Reunion Banquet | Harvest Hall
- Join us at the Reunion Banquet. Share memories at the open microphone.
