The Building Block workshop series has been designed with SAS students in mind, but all are welcome!
Feeling overwhelmed? Join us to learn tips to de-stress and self-regulate. This interactive workshop will incorporate a blend of approaches to managing academic burnout, including:
- Mindfulness;
- Time management;
- Planning and organization strategies; and
- Cost-effective technology solutions, including smartphone apps.
