Event Navigation

This internal event is open to Brandon University faculty and staff only, and is not open to the general public.

In this experiential workshop, participants will develop their awareness and understanding of the nation to nation relationship between Indigenous and non-Indigenous peoples in Canada as they take part in The Blanket Exercise, a teaching tool developed by KAIROS.  As members of our campus community, we all play an important role in deepening understanding and bringing about positive change.  This begins with the development of one’s own awareness and understanding.

Workshop Facilitator: Debby Dandy & Elder Susie McPherson

Brandon University is committed to being an accessible institution. To ensure that any event is available to all who are interested in attending, please advise us in advance of any accessibility considerations. Accessibility contact: communications@brandonu.ca
