THIS WORKSHOP IS OPEN TO BRANDON UNIVERSITY FACULTY AND STAFF.

The Working Mind (TWM) is an evidence-based program developed by the Mental Health Commission of Canada and partners, designed to promote mental health and reduce stigma around mental illness in the workplace.

The four hour workshop has been broken up into two sections (two hour blocks over two days). Participants must complete all four hours of the program to receive a certificate of completion.

The Working Mind Virtual Session (for Employees)*

This workshop is designed to:

• Increase your awareness of mental health
• Reduce stigma and other barriers to care in the workplace
• Encourage mental health conversations
• Strengthen your resilience in order to maintain wellness

*An extended managers session has been scheduled for January 2021.
