The workshop will address foundational topics including:
- Our duty to accommodate as per legislation (primarily the MB Human Rights Code)
- What is reasonable accommodation?
- Employer, Employee, HR, Union Responsibilities
- What does it mean “to reach the point of undue hardship” and what are the considerations?
For greater learning and dialogue, participants will also have the opportunity to review and discuss real case law fact scenarios.
