This workshop will focus on:

• Identifying and discussing the underlying issues that may lead to harmful workplace sexual harassment
• Developing a culture of consent at work that encourages respect and understanding in the workplace
• Highlighting effective skills for bystander intervention
• Learning how to better support staff who have disclosed, or wish to disclose, experiences of workplace sexual harassment
• The rights of employees and the responsibilities of employers defined by employment law in Manitoba
• Navigating the local resource map of workplace sexual harassment support available for Manitobans

A partnership between KLINIC Community Health, MB Occupational Health Centre, Sexuality Education Resource Centre (SERC) MB and Community Legal Education Association.
