This workshop will focus on:
- Identifying and discussing the underlying issues that may lead to harmful workplace sexual harassment
- Developing a culture of consent at work that encourages respect and understanding in the workplace
- Highlighting effective skills for bystander intervention
- Learning how to better support staff who have disclosed, or wish to disclose, experiences of workplace sexual harassment
- The rights of employees and the responsibilities of employers defined by employment law in Manitoba
- Navigating the local resource map of workplace sexual harassment support available for Manitobans

The ‘Consent at Work’ workshop has been developed to help workplaces across Manitoba build safer cultures. A partnership between KLINIC Community Health, MB Occupational Health Centre, Sexuality Education Resource Centre (SERC) MB and Community Legal Education Association. Funded by the Department of Justice Canada.
