Join us on Sunday\, February 1\, 2026\, at 7:30 pm\, in the Lorne Watson Recital Hall\, QEII Music Building\, Room 1-60\, Brandon University. \nAudiences will enjoy rarely-heard arrangements that bring fresh perspectives to Ravel’s genius: \n\nShéhérazade\, arranged for voice\, flute\, and piano — rich in exotic colors and storytelling\, featuring Sharon Rogers\, BU alumna making her festival debut\, and Nancy Hennen\, acclaimed flutist known for her expressive artistry.\nBoléro\, reimagined for two pianos — Ravel’s ever-popular rhythmic masterpiece\, familiar to many\, now presented in a powerful\, intimate\, and thrilling two-piano arrangement\, offering a completely new way to experience its hypnotic drive.\nConcerto for the Left Hand in D Major\, arranged for two pianos — originally composed for Paul Wittgenstein\, who lost the use of his right arm during World War I.
