SUMMARY:Public Listening Session on Artificial Intelligence
DESCRIPTION:Manitoba Innovation and New Technology (MINT) has begun stakeholder engagement activities to gather perspectives on the governance and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI)\, cybersecurity\, and the protection of Manitobans’ data. The regional listening sessions will provide an additional opportunity to share your input. \nThe Brandon listening session will take place on Monday\, August 10\, 2026\, from 1:00–3:00 p.m. at Harvest (Dining) Hall\, Brandon University\, 270 18th St. \nIndividuals wishing to participate in either session are asked to register at the following link:\nhttps://www.manitoba.ca/int/ai-listening-events.html \nSpace may be limited; early registration is encouraged.
