Brandon University (BU) will be the site of the Louis Riel Day Fun Family Celebration, presented by Grand Valley Local on Monday, Feb. 18. The event, which is open to the entire community, will take place from noon to 4 p.m. at Harvest Hall, BU’s main dining facility. Brandon University will be the venue for a memorial reception in honour and memory of the late Dr. Harold (Jack) Perkins, a former President and Vice-Chancellor at BU.
