Access Awareness Week – Resource Day

Brandon University is partnering with the Women's Resource Centre and will host a vigil to mark the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women: On December 6, 1989, 13 female students and a female administrator at l'École Polytechnique de Montréal were murdered because they were women. Study relief
The Brandon University Alumni Association has a sweet treat to help take the heat off of exams. Free ice cream is being scooped out in the Mingling Area on Wednesday, April 3, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. This annual study relief event for students helps alumni give back to the campus and connect with current students, as well as helping students take a quick break during what can be a stressful time of the academic year.

How about a bit of a spring pick-me-up? The Brandon University Geography and Environmental Science Society invites you to join them for their annual Spring Campus Beautification event. They'll provide garbage bags and gloves. Meet them in the Mingling Area on Friday, April 5 at 4 p.m. and groups will fan out around campus to pick up litter and help make the place look great for spring. Participants will be provided with pizza and refreshments afterward, at 5 p.m.
