Brandon University is excited to host its 3rd Low Brass Festival (BULBFest). Our featured artists include legendary trombonist, Al Kay, and the incredible tubist, Richard White. In addition, the Brandon University Low Brass Ensemble, the Manitoba Trombone Collective, the University of North Dakota Trombone Choir, and the University of New Mexico Tuba Ensemble will be performing. Avenues: Exploring Band and Jazz Methods
The summer workshop, now in its 15th year, offers music educators the chance to gather, communicate, and collaborate at Brandon University. In addition to presentations and round-table discussions, the two days include active participation, conducting activities, personalized instruction, and informal gatherings.
