The BU Teachings House is a gathering place for the sharing of Indigenous knowledge and gathering place for all Nations. Conversations around the fire will be held on Wednesday, June 21 in the Turtle Fire ceremonial fire pit in the campus courtyard. National Day of Awareness for MMIWG2S

The Indigenous Peoples' Centre team is planning an event to raise awareness of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women, Girls and 2 Spirit people. Beginning at 11 a.m., there will be a fire and speakers at the Ceremonial Firepit in the courtyard. Red dresses be hanged from the trees on 18th St.
