Until The Sun Comes documents Ukrainian war stories collected and analyzed by Ukrainian-Canadian composer and drummer, Tetyana Haraschuk from 2022-2024; this album was made in collaboration with Winnipeg-based Ice River Films and their production of the documentary Voices of Freedom (CBC Gem) with Haraschuk’s music accompanies the intimate accounts of what Ukrainians face in this war, the acceptance of grief, and the ability to become a vessel for the artistic expression of cultural atrocity.
