The program includes Wright’s Pair Up, Kristofferson’s O Magnum Lux, Larson’s Bronze Veils, Erickson’s General Speech and Mackey’s Harvest Concerto. The Prairie Trombonist: the season continues with innovative pairings of brass, percussion instruments and the human voice. The composers, who hail from Australia, the United States and Canada, add their distinctive ideas to the ever growing wealth of contemporary music.
