Brandon University’s Performance Feedback & Development resources are a collection of tools that help guide the facilitation of performance and career planning discussions on an annual basis and provide the framework for a consistent process of ongoing dialogue and support across the University for non-faculty support, administrative and management staff.

In this 1.5 hour live, virtual discussion, we will explore the resources in detail, and the process for helping to support the performance and growth of staff through ongoing and specific feedback, setting objectives and professional development.
