Performance Feedback & Development Process Overview (Managers Session)
Brandon University’s Performance Feedback & Development resources are a collection of tools that help guide the facilitation of performance planning discussions on an annual basis and provide the framework for a consistent process of ongoing dialogue and support across the University for non-faculty staff.
In this 1.5 hour discussion, managers will learn more about the resources in detail, and the process for helping to support the performance and growth of employees through ongoing and specific feedback, setting objectives and supporting professional development. A discussion guide will also be shared and reviewed to assist managers in starting the conversation with their employees in a meaningful way. There will be an opportunity to ask questions and seek clarification on the process and resources provided throughout the session.
