BU’s Centre for Aboriginal and Rural Education Studies invites faculty, staff and students to join entrepreneur, certified leadership coach and Project Management Professional (PMP), Amy Oliver for a virtual discussion on the topic of Principles of Project Management.
Learn about key strategies and knowledge areas from the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and walk away with practical tools to design and construct an effective plan for your next project.
While the primary focus is project management for researchers, this session will be useful for anyone running any type of project – from research to home renovations!
