Experts from Brandon University and Assiniboine College have put together a panel to discuss November’s United States presidential election, and why it matters to you.

This free, non-partisan event will feature David Docherty and Rick Baker of BU, along with Murray Oliver and Chris Hunt of Assiniboine speaking on issues such as the spillover of American political dynamics into Canada, Canadian-American relations, media mis/disinformation and the implications of the election on global security.

The evening will also include opportunities for questions and answers from the public as well as mingling and refreshments.
